We are part of the Hearst Corporation, the world's leading media, entertainment, and content company, which gives us access to the most valuable data and insights, talent and audiences. Your Impact: As a Senior Marketing Associate based in NYC and reporting to the Marketing Director, this role is designed for a sharp executor who thrives at the intersection of content, campaigns, and coordination. From driving a consistent content cadence across owned channels (social and web) to supporting ABM campaigns and optimizing CRM workflows in HubSpot, this position requires someone who balances creativity with precision. You'll work closely with Engagement and Practice Leads to develop content that resonates with our audience and is discoverable through smart SEO and paid media execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute a consistent cadence of organic content across the blog and global social channels.
  • Develop and publish engaging content on LinkedIn, aligned with brand voice and audience interests.
  • Manage content creation in HubSpot, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
  • Organize and maintain our content library for internal and external use.
  • Design or coordinate the creation of visual assets (e.g., infographics, videos, social images, PDFs) for distribution across platforms.
  • Support the execution of ABM-style campaigns targeting high-value accounts.
  • Collaborate with Practice Leads to develop templated content and tailored assets.
  • Assist with outbound and lifecycle campaigns by managing segmentation, delivery, and reporting logistics.
  • Implement SEO & AEO best practices to optimize content and improve search visibility.
  • Assist in SEM efforts including keyword research, ad copywriting, and performance tracking.
  • Support execution of paid social campaigns to boost content reach and engagement.
  • Collaborate on identifying backlink and digital PR opportunities.
  • Maintain and optimize marketing automation workflows in HubSpot.
  • Support lifecycle journey design to move leads from awareness to retention.
  • Contribute to CRM segmentation, testing, and campaign triggers to drive engagement.
  • Ensure consistent use of templates, lists, and tools across the GTM team.
  • Assist in planning and promoting virtual and in-person events.
  • Coordinate event logistics including registration, assets, shipping, and onsite prep.
  • Help execute event campaigns before, during, and after activations.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing or content marketing, ideally at an agency or B2B company.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot for CRM and marketing automation.
  • Working knowledge of SEO and AEO best practices and tools (e.g., SEMrush, Moz, GA4).
  • Proficient in Figma, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite for light design tasks.
  • Familiarity with paid social and email marketing platforms.
  • Experience contributing to ABM-style campaigns or targeted outreach programs.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Comfort engaging on LinkedIn and supporting executive visibility.
