About the Role

As the Senior Director of Brand & Americas GTM, you will be at the forefront of shaping our global marketing vision and driving impactful execution in the Americas. In this role, you will play a crucial part in elevating Fossil brand globally and driving significant growth within the Americas market through innovative and impactful marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of the overarching global marketing strategy, including goals, audience segmentation, product marketing strategies, editorial calendar, content development, and go-to-market overviews.
  • Define and track key brand performance indicators (KPIs) across brand health, consumer insights, and marketing effectiveness.
  • Drive the product marketing strategy, identifying core narratives, key messaging, target audiences, market opportunities, and emerging trends.
  • Define and articulate brand purpose and positioning, collaborating on visual identity, naming conventions, and logo development, culminating in an annual brand book.
  • Develop a global content strategy and oversee the creation of impactful campaign assets aligned with business objectives and brand identity.
  • Lead cross-functional project management for campaign reviews, development, execution, asset management, and regional communication.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, E-commerce, and Creative teams to ensure content initiatives are seamlessly integrated.
  • Ensure all marketing assets reflect a compelling brand voice across channels and markets.
  • Partner with regional teams to adapt global content strategies to local market needs while maintaining brand integrity.
  • Lead the development of global channel strategies and oversee the successful execution of these strategies across North America, Mexico, and Latin America.
  • Spearhead the development of holistic integrated marketing strategies supporting business objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gain insights into market trends, consumer behaviors, and the competitive landscape.
  • Develop and present presentations on channel activation plans, brand strategy, and strategic goals.
  • Ensure measurable outcomes of global marketing programs with performance analysis and continuous improvement strategies.
  • Lead regional GTM marketing teams in executing 360° campaign strategies.
  • Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders to drive consumer engagement and ensure seamless brand integration.
  • Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering collaboration and high performance.
  • Oversee tracking and analysis of KPIs, identifying opportunities for growth and performance optimization.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to evaluate campaign performance and implement improvements.
  • Establish best practices for measuring marketing effectiveness.
  • Manage the global marketing budget, ensuring effective resource allocation and ROI maximization.
  • Oversee budget actualization processes for NAM, MX, and LATAM, ensuring alignment with finance and cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • Experience in global marketing strategy development and execution.
