About the Role

We are seeking a Brand Manager to join our Americas Peripheral team from a remote home office. In this role you will be responsible for regional product plans and strategy to ensure product growth and maintenance. You will contribute to the success of the overall Americas Peripheral business within the peripheral vascular portfolio as you work in close partnership with functional partners to achieve the Americas goals and objectives. This is a remote position, and you can work from home in most locations within the United States.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand/analyze customer unmet needs and translate to global counterparts for product line extensions and new product development activities while identifying product growth and expansion opportunities within the region
  • Translate customer insights into differentiated product value propositions and positioning for priority segments
  • Implement effective marketing strategies to launch, grow, or defend on market products across the region
  • Monitor regional product pricing and provide pricing input to Regional Category Leader to meet profitability targets
  • Support Global Brand Manager counterparts in identifying product improvement opportunities and managing global supply planning
  • Responsible for regional product go-to-market strategy and launch execution to include country level launch phasing, sales channel training plans, translation of global promotional materials, regional launch metrics collection and reporting
  • Collaborate with Marketing Communications partners in localization of global product level messaging for regional and/or country deployment
  • Ensure high quality content is submitted for cross-functional review and approval
  • Work closely with local teams on pricing and contracting strategies and implementation with support from Regional Category Leader
  • Ensure communications are consistent with labeling

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years commercial marketing experience in the medical device, pharmaceutical, or life sciences industries
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and integrate individuals and teams to execute against strategic plans
  • Demonstrated ability to develop product positioning and value propositions
  • Demonstrated capability in constructing and executing commercial strategic marketing plans
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across marketing and other functions to reach business objectives
  • Ability to travel up to 25%

  • MBA
  • Experience with regulated implantable devices
  • Commercial product launch experience
