About the Role

Coty is one of the world's largest beauty companies with an iconic portfolio of brands across fragrance, color cosmetics, skincare, and body care. The Senior Marketing Manager will join the US Marketing team to spearhead Hugo Boss and Lifestyle brands, leading the development and implementation of the U.S. Marketing strategy in alignment with financial targets and global marketing initiatives. Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, this role involves building brand strategy, managing marketing plans, and supporting brand growth within a diverse and inclusive workplace committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own annual Operating Plan for your brands and support 3-year planning.
  • Develop and execute marketing calendar in collaboration with cross-functional teams, including innovation, animations, retailer-specific programs, media planning, PR/IM, and events.
  • Partner with US Fashion House to identify strategic synergies to amplify business potential.
  • Monitor brand performance, deliver post-launch reports, and conduct competitive analysis as needed.
  • Create and deliver brand presentations to internal teams and external retail partners.
  • Own monthly budget reconciliation for brands.
  • Work collaboratively with teams such as Global, Trade, Sales, Merchandising, Events, IM/PR, Finance, and CMI.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree is required; MBA is preferred.
  • 8+ years relevant work experience in marketing or product management.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize information.
  • Business acumen, with exposure to P&L.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Ability to work across multiple projects involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Must be proactive, adaptable, and able to identify and solve problems.

Nice to Have

  • Fragrance / US Retailer expertise; knowledge of navigating with a License is a plus.
  • Leadership, strategic thinking, independence, and ownership.
  • Experience working with digital, social, print, and OOH media.
  • Commercially minded, consumer-focused marketer passionate about building brands.
  • Digitally savvy with marketing knowledge across various media channels.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred).
  • 8+ years of relevant experience in marketing or product management.
