About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify global cultural, color, art, design, and fashion trends to fuel brand innovation.
• Conduct category and competitive assessment and mine for consumer insights that will help influence strategic business recommendations.
• Work with the team on developing product concepts, packaging design, and communication strategy, including full 360 toolbox creation and go-to-market strategy.
• Help manage day-to-day operations on aspects of the brand business across various internal and external teams.

Requirements

• Recently obtained Bachelor's degree or enrolled in Master's program.
• Interest in the beauty industry.
• Strong communication skills and team player mindset.
• Resourceful with a 'can-do' mentality.
• Creative flair and passion for brand storytelling.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
