About the Role

The Sr. Marketing Manager, Global Campaigns at Lenovo's Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG) is responsible for leading end-to-end global B2B marketing campaigns aimed at IT decision makers across enterprise and SMB segments. This role involves developing campaign strategies, managing agency partnerships, sourcing and creating content, and optimizing integrated marketing efforts to build brand awareness, consideration, and demand for Lenovo infrastructure products and solutions. The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and alliance partners, to ensure alignment with business objectives and effective campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the global campaign strategy, development, and optimization for ISG multi-channel end-user marketing campaigns to drive awareness, thought leadership, and demand.
  • Lead the ISG relationship management with global, strategic agency partners.
  • Align campaign objectives with targeted ISG business goals and coordinate with Geo marketing teams.
  • Design and lead the overall ISG global campaign content strategy, including sourcing, development, and delegation of content assets.
  • Collaborate with ISG Partner Marketing to integrate alliance partners within global campaigns and manage funding support via market development funds (MDF).
  • Leverage messaging frameworks across Solutions marketing, ESMB & AI segments, and product/Alliance marketing for campaign amplification.
  • Partner with global marketing operations to establish dashboards for measuring and optimizing campaign results (benchmarks, KPIs, effectiveness).
  • Participate as the ISG lead in cross-business group B2B campaign initiatives.
  • Oversee campaign budget management to ensure proper utilization and compliance with internal policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • 8+ years of B2B campaign experience.
  • Strong experience in developing and managing B2B marketing campaigns, programs, platforms, content creation, nurture strategies, and agency management.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work in a demanding, fast-paced environment and manage multiple programs simultaneously.
  • Exceptional project management skills with the ability to prioritize and delegate tasks.
  • Ability to manage budgets and Excel spreadsheets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Ability to engage across multiple teams and stakeholders to drive efficiency and outcomes.
