Sr Partner Development Manager

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of high-impact partners within the Connect Partner Program.
• Develop and grow relationships with current and potential partners to deploy validated solutions to customers.
• Champion and expand a set of software partnerships to enhance the Workday Marketplace offerings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to develop, approve, and deploy partner solutions.
• Engage with partners to drive revenue growth, business outcomes, and innovation.

Requirements

• 1+ years of FINS, HCM or adjacent software experience at an Enterprise SaaS organization.
• 1+ years of partner business development experience.
• 3+ years of software experience managing software partnerships aimed at pipeline and revenue growth.
• Strong relationship building and communication skills.
• Ability to work across industries with business process competence and understanding of HCM and Finance.
• Excellent collaboration skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
