Sr. Product Marketing Specialist

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Craft product line or portfolio strategies considering a holistic view of the portfolio across the company.
• Take ownership of and manage assigned product lines to achieve growth or profitability targets.
• Analyze market trends, user and chooser needs, competitors, sales, and financial data for decision making.
• Support product development and launch initiatives to grow the company's position and portfolio.
• Work collaboratively across teams and the company to leverage diversity of thought and experiences.
• Represent products by creating and leading presentations to customers, dealers, and design partners.
• Serve as a consultant and subject matter expert in support of strategic sales opportunities.
• Engage and influence people at all levels of the organization.
• Help define the future of work, wherever it happens.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of marketing or product management experience.
• Exceptional written, oral, and visual communication skills and ability to convey complex problems or concepts clearly.
• Ability to manage multiple, competing demands through effective prioritization and negotiation.

Nice to Have

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
• Experience working within the contract furniture industry.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in marketing or product management.
