About the Role

The Sr. Specialist, Digital Marketing, User Experience is responsible for designing, optimizing, and enhancing experiences across the company's global marketing website and broader digital ecosystem. This role involves bringing structure to complex user interactions, driving experimentation, and shaping the user journey for thousands of visitors each day. The individual combines UX sensibility with performance-driven decision-making to build digital experiences aligned with customer intent and business goals, managing website projects, content, and site performance using CMS tools and analytics platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead website initiatives including page creation, content management, optimization, and performance tracking using CMS and analytics tools.
  • Define and execute a UX strategy and roadmap grounded in performance data, user insights, and business objectives.
  • Design, test, and scale A/B and multivariate experiments to improve user journeys, conversions, and digital engagement.
  • Deliver UX assets such as wireframes, prototypes, and journey maps to guide campaigns, landing pages, navigation, and design systems.
  • Collaborate with brand, SEO, content, and analytics teams to ensure cohesive, accessible, and high-performing digital experiences.
  • Support organic channels (e.g., social, web, PR, email) with UX and SEO best practices, driving consistency across touchpoints.
  • Act as a UX advocate and thought partner across marketing teams, sharing insights and mentoring others on user-first design.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, and/or a related field, or the equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in UX or digital experience roles with a focus on websites, landing pages, and conversion optimization.
  • Strong ability to apply UX principles, usability standards, and accessibility guidelines (WCAG) to marketing experiences.
  • Proficiency with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) and hands-on experience with analytics/SEO tools (GA4, Semrush, Sprinklr, Microsoft Dynamics).
  • Excellent project management and collaboration skills, with the ability to communicate UX insights and decisions to diverse stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive mindset with experience in fast-paced environments; B2B SaaS or Agile experience a plus.
  • Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language in a business environment.
