About the Role

This is a Contract Opportunity with Strategic Staffing Solutions for the role of Sr. Training Developer. The position is based in Richmond, VA, and involves working closely with lead learning consultants, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to develop content for Credit College programs, including case studies, instructor-led training, presentation design, and eLearning development. The role requires on-site work and offers visa sponsorship, with a focus on content redesign and program support.

Key Responsibilities

Work closely with the lead learning consultant, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to build content for Credit College programs.
Develop case studies, instructor-led training, presentation design/edits, and potentially eLearning modules.
Support design and development for programs including ACC, DCT, GCC, and ERT.
Redesign content in preparation for DFS associates attending the programs.

Requirements

Experience developing immersive classroom learning experiences, with a focus on experiential scenarios, case studies, and simulations.
Ability to identify and recommend formats, modalities, and interactions that reinforce key learning objectives based on industry standards.
Eye for detail and strong organizational skills to synthesize, summarize, and edit information effectively.
Strong communication, active listening, and strategic thinking skills to interact with executive leaders.
At least 2+ years of experience in learning & development, learning design, learning science, or an adjacent field.
Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Slides, Site, etc.) for at least 2+ years.

Nice to Have

4+ years in learning & development, learning design, learning science, or an adjacent field.
Degree in instructional design, education, or a related field.
Financial background or acumen.
Previous experience with Capital One.
Experience with Articulate 360.
