About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of Inspire's core marketing strategy, shaping how the company connects with patients and medical professional customers.
• Set the vision, development, and implementation of all marketing aspects with a deep understanding of stakeholder needs, regulatory, and compliance requirements.
• Drive company growth by ensuring marketing efforts align with market needs and business strategy.
• Incorporate the voice of patients and medical professionals with empathy and insight across the customer journey, collaborating with Product Development, Sales, and Patient Outcomes teams.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to build brand credibility, stakeholder awareness, trust, engagement, and action to fuel revenue growth and expand market presence.
• Oversee market research to identify patient and customer needs, preferences, and trends.
• Analyze competitive landscape and market opportunities.
• Manage brand positioning and messaging to ensure consistency and alignment with company goals.
• Empower sales and customer-facing teams with compelling materials, messaging, and tools to drive conversion and retention.
• Lead creation and execution of patient-centric marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and traditional media channels.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development, sales, regulatory affairs, quality, and compliance to support patient outcomes and business success.
• Oversee digital properties, including website design and content optimization.
• Manage external strategic communications for timely and relevant messaging.
• Oversee marketing and media budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation to maximize ROI.
• Stay informed of industry trends and best practices to identify strategic opportunities and innovations.
• Ensure all marketing activities comply with industry regulations and standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
• 15+ years of related and progressive marketing experience.
• 5+ years of management experience.
• 5+ years of experience in Medical Technology or Healthcare Industry.
• 5+ years of digital marketing experience with a strong track record in data-driven digital marketing.
• Experience scaling a marketing organization at a high-growth company.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, influencing without authority, and driving alignment.
• Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven success in marketing and customer programs with measurable results.
• Understanding of patient needs, healthcare industry trends, and regulatory/compliance requirements.

Nice to Have

• 5+ years of consumer product and/or direct-to-consumer marketing experience.
• 3+ years of direct sales experience.
• MBA.
