Key Responsibilities

Define and execute the GTM strategy for Okta's infrastructure and trust offerings, including Enhanced Disaster Recovery, new compliance cells, Terraform integrations, Okta MCP Server, and SDKs.
Develop compelling and differentiated product messaging and positioning that resonates with target personas such as security professionals, IT administrators, and Auth0 developers.
Create high-impact content, including white papers, technical briefs, blog posts, and presentations, to support product launches and ongoing campaigns.
Arm the sales organization with the knowledge and tools they need to effectively sell infrastructure and trust solutions, including sales decks, battlecards, and training materials.
Work cross-functionally with product management, corporate marketing, and other teams to ensure a cohesive and impactful GTM approach.
Stay on top of market trends, competitive dynamics, and customer needs to inform product strategy and messaging.

Requirements

6+ years of product marketing experience, with a strong background in cybersecurity, identity, or infrastructure.
Proven ability to understand and market to a developer audience, with knowledge of developer tools, APIs, and SDKs.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for translating complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and compelling messaging.
Strong ability to work cross-functionally and manage senior stakeholders.
High sense of urgency and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

Experience with cloud security, infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform), or disaster recovery solutions.
Technical background, such as a CS degree or previous engineering experience.
Experience with Auth0 products.

Qualifications

Educational background or experience in cybersecurity, identity, or infrastructure is implied by the background requirement.
Experience with developer tools, APIs, and SDKs is essential.

Annual OTE range between $147,000—$221,000 USD for candidates in California, Colorado, New York, and Washington, including base salary and incentive compensation.
Annual salary range between $117,000—$175,000 CAD for candidates in Canada, including base salary, bonus, and benefits.
