About the Role

Start-Up Marketing Partner The Human Experience, Inc. is a software internet start-up with a Beta Launch scheduled for October 2025 and MVP a couple of months later. The company is seeking an entrepreneurial marketing professional to work closely with the CEO on enterprise vision and marketing execution. The role involves creating a multi-channel, international marketing organization for a high-growth, socially valuable B2C web service that will expand into B2B channels and international markets. This is an entrepreneurial opportunity offering equity, ownership shares, and high return potential, with a flexible commitment initially part-time and transitioning to full-time employment.

Key Responsibilities

Work with the CEO on enterprise vision and marketing execution.
Create and develop multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital and web platforms.
Build and organize an international marketing organization.
Contribute to the launch and growth of the company's B2C service, with future B2B and international expansion.
Lead marketing strategy development and organizational planning.
Participate in creating a new product and establishing the company's market presence.

Requirements

Entrepreneurial desire and self-confidence.
Team player, resourceful, comfortable in vision creation.
Significant marketing management experience, ideally 10+ years or more.
Significant digital web marketing experience.
Articulate and good writer.
MBA desired, but strong experience is primary.
Residence in the Austin area is required.
Willingness to commit approximately 15 hours per week until early to mid-2026, transitioning to full-time.
Ability to work in person in Round Rock, TX, or relocate before starting.

Nice to Have

Experience with B2C and B2B marketing channels.
Experience in international marketing and expansion.
Leadership experience in startup environments.
Ownership or equity experience in startups.

Qualifications

Master's degree in business administration or management preferred.
Strong marketing management experience.
