About the Role

The Start Your Legacy HBCU Externship Program by Coca-Cola is a 6-week part-time opportunity designed for students at HBCUs to gain professional experience in sales and marketing. The program blends virtual learning, professional development, and an onsite experience at Coca-Cola's Atlanta headquarters, focusing on business interaction, consumer engagement, branding, digital marketing campaigns, and customer relationship management. Participants will have the chance to develop their skills, engage with industry professionals, and compete for awards, all while serving as contingent workers through a third-party agency.

Key Responsibilities

Dedicate one hour every Friday to interactive virtual learning and collaboration.
Apply knowledge and skills in the Final Showcase Competition during the in-person Atlanta onsite experience.

Requirements

Actively enrolled at an HBCU with a graduation date after May 2027.
Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
U.S. citizenship or legal authorization to work in the United States.
Able to commit to weekly virtual sessions and attend the in-person experience on November 6-7, 2025, in Atlanta.
