About the Role

Our client, a leader in the fast-growing retail media space, is seeking a Retail Media Account Manager to support high-impact client partnerships. This is a fully remote role (Candidates must sit in the Boise, ID area) focused on campaign execution, strategic account management, and media performance insights. The position involves managing client relationships, supporting campaign planning and execution, and identifying growth opportunities to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day communication with client partners to support campaign planning, execution, and follow-up
Coordinate across internal teams to ensure timely campaign launches and high-quality deliverables
Monitor campaign performance and pacing; proactively identify and resolve any issues
Deliver post-campaign reporting with insights, recommendations, and upsell opportunities
Track client interactions and campaign updates in CRM tools to maintain account visibility
Support the preparation of business reviews and client-facing materials alongside sales partners
Advocate for the client experience throughout the lifecycle of each campaign
Identify potential growth areas and work cross-functionally to support renewals and expansions

Requirements

4+ years of experience in account management, media planning, or retail marketing
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with high attention to detail
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and clients
Comfortable working with campaign data and transforming insights into clear recommendations
Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and basic media platforms
A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a strong focus on client satisfaction and retention

Nice to Have

Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools
Experience with media platforms
