Studio Operations & Growth Consultant (15 Hrs/Week)

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Work side-by-side with the owner to streamline daily operations
• Organize studio systems: booking, scheduling, client follow-up
• Support team management and help create internal workflows
• Provide hands-on training in managing bookings, handling payroll, using communication tools, and coordinating with vendors
• Assist with client growth: marketing outreach, local networking, collaborations, and lead generation
• Help boost visibility and attract podcasters, photographers, and creatives in the DFW area

Requirements

• Experienced in small business operations, admin, or studio coordination
• Confident with systems, checklists, and simplifying processes
• Comfortable with marketing, creative strategy, or local outreach
• Able to teach, train, and explain clearly
• Patient, friendly, and organized
• Based in the DFW/Arlington area with reliable transportation
