About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate monthly subscription and membership campaigns including newspapers, radio postings, and personal phone calls.
• Make reminder calls, troubleshoot, and answer member questions about plays and concerts.
• Manage social media promotions and content writing.
• Conduct sales calls and client interactions via phone.
• Use platforms like Eventbrite for event management.

Requirements

• Excellent phone selling skills with a warm yet business-like manner.
• Copywriting skills and experience in social media promotions.
• Experience with social media management and digital campaign management.
• Ability to conduct sales calls and client interactions via phone.
• Flexible hours and ability to work remotely once per week.
• Must be fully vaccinated.
