About the Role

The Summer 2026 Digital Channels Intern position at FNB offers college students the opportunity to gain comprehensive exposure to the Digital Channels and Payments Division. The internship includes involvement with FNB's eStore, Common App, Website, Secure Channels, and Advisory Business. Interns will apply their knowledge of business and finance to real-world scenarios through product, business planning, and analytics experiences, while gaining practical, challenging, and meaningful on-the-job work experience within a recognized top workplace.

Key Responsibilities

Participate in key meetings across Digital Channels and Payments across Product and Business Planning.
Develop and gain exposure to skills such as Co-pilot, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Airtable, flow charts and diagrams, journey mapping and personas.
Assist with Product Roadmaps, Product Testing, and Digital Analytics.
Provide support to the Division by owning a book of tasks to develop skills, gain experience, and advance the business.
Participate and attend FNB-related events and trainings scheduled for all Summer Interns.
Network to meet key FNB Partners across Marketing and IT to grow contacts.

Requirements

Must be officially enrolled in an undergraduate bachelor program with a major in areas such as Finance, Accounting, Marketing, or Information Technology.
High School diploma or GED.
Willingness to learn aggressively, ask questions, and be intellectually curious.
Ability to analyze data and improve decision-making through appropriate analysis.
Strong communication skills, both written and oral, adaptable to different settings.
Ability to work well in teams, leverage team members' experiences, and contribute to group goals.
Accountability and responsibility for work output, managing risk, and meeting deadlines.
Understanding and following all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Ability to develop and prioritize action steps, communicate work plans, and complete project assignments.

Nice to Have

Experience with tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Airtable, flow charts, diagrams, journey mapping, and personas.

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED.
Must be enrolled in an undergraduate program in relevant fields.
