Supervisor of Marketing and Social Media

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage the company's social media strategies, pages, etc.
• Manage and oversee social media content and marketing staff.
• Increase followers across all social media platforms.
• Create, maintain quality and quantity of physical and digital marketing materials.
• Distribute marketing materials to vendors and community partners.
• Coordinate and participate in community events.
• Create, outline, write, and distribute the company's monthly newsletter.
• Supervise and collaborate with contracted professionals, web developers, designers, and outside vendors to maintain and build relationships.
• Supervise internal marketing and promotional efforts inclusive of merchandising, public relations, community relations, information, sign collateral, and events.

Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field or Associate's degree with related experience.
• Familiarity with marketing and social media strategies.
• Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video).
• Excellent computer, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and active auto insurance policy.
• Ability to use his/her own vehicle.
• Proven ability to multitask and prioritize work.
• Attention to detail.
• Intact vision, speech, hearing, and a physical condition that permits mobility to perform office and/or field duties.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree (Required)
• Social media and marketing: 1 year (Required)
• Vendor Relations: 1 year (Required)
