About the Role

Insight Global is seeking a Sr. Business Analyst to support a major Telecom with a new chatbot channel. This role will focus on defining and managing data tracking requirements to support robust measurement and analytics. The ideal candidate will have experience in marketing analytics, Adobe Analytics, and Tag Management Systems, and will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate data capture across chatbot interactions. Key Responsibilities

Define and manage data tracking requirements to support measurement and analytics for the chatbot channel.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate data capture across chatbot interactions.
Support the implementation and optimization of marketing analytics technologies, including Adobe Analytics and Tag Management Systems.
Conduct root cause analysis with a strong understanding of KPIs and metrics.
Understand how and where data is being tracked, ensuring data quality and integrity.

Requirements

6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with expertise in requirement gathering.
Strong experience with marketing analytics technologies, preferably Adobe Analytics.
Experience working with Tag Management System (TMS).
Experience conducting root cause analysis with a strong understanding of KPIs and metrics.
Experience working with data and understanding how/where data is being tracked.
Basic understanding of front end technologies like JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
Previous chatbot experience is null (implying it's not required).
