About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Execute system builds in alignment with the approved Service Request Agreement (SR) and specifications outlined in the Pre-Certification document.
• Perform comprehensive database validation prior to client turnover and promptly resolve any identified defects to guarantee high-quality results.
• Develop comprehensive test plans and test strategies based on project requirements and risks.
• Validate inbound files to ensure successful reception and refresh in the test system, with outcomes communicated clearly to clients, vendors, or processors.
• Generate and deliver outbound files to clients, vendors, or processors for various purposes such as review, posting, feeing, and statement generation.
• Complete peer reviews and provide approved Pre-Certification and Certification Sign-off documents to clients at least two weeks before the target implementation date, contingent on successful certification.
• Mentor junior analysts, providing guidance, and leading QA efforts within teams.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and advocate for best practices in quality assurance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance.
• 2+ years of experience in automation testing.
• 2+ years of experience in performance testing.
• 2+ years of experience with Agile methodologies.
• In-depth knowledge of various testing methodologies, including functional, regression, performance, and security testing.
• Exceptional documentation and communication skills to facilitate clarity and alignment among stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, military, and work experience.

• Ability to manage time effectively and adhere to project timelines while maintaining compliance with project requirements.
• Expertise in troubleshooting complex problems, analyzing root causes, and proposing effective solutions.
• Proficiency in using advanced automated testing tools and frameworks to design and implement automated test cases.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, military, and work experience.

Benefits & Perks

• Salary Range: $72,400.00 - $124,100.00 (varies by location).
• This is a full-time, on-site, direct-hire position.
• No contract options or unsolicited agency submissions will be considered.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship is required.
