About the Role

OMG23 is the Omnicom Media Group agency dedicated to Walt Disney Studios, Disney+ and Disney's multiple television networks. They partner with Disney on planning, buying, and implementing integrated ad campaigns for various entertainment brands, including blockbuster films and TV networks such as ABC, Disney Channels, Freeform, National Geographic, and FX.

Key Responsibilities

  • Hands-on programmatic campaign execution and optimizations across multiple DSPs
  • Effectively co-manage and prioritize multiple live campaigns across channels, with multiple platforms
  • Development of pacing documents to keep track of multiple campaign flights and budgets
  • Completion of trafficking workbooks
  • Own internal resource documents including pacing charts, optimization logs, and 3rd party vendor collateral

Requirements

  • 2+ years of relevant experience in digital media, advertising, strategy, or partnership
  • Hands on keyboard bidding experience with DV360 and Trade Desk (TTD) platforms
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to be agile and adaptable within a quick turnaround business environment
  • Demonstrated proactive approach to problem solving and critical thinking
  • Demonstrated ability to articulate and communicate clearly when participating in internal and client-facing meetings
  • Excellent ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely
