About the Role

SendaRide empowers individuals so that they can transform their lives, their families, and their communities. We are a community-based health equity management company that enables access to clinical and supportive services, primarily using transportation and logistics. As a Territory Growth Representative, you'll spearhead our market entry into Ohio by generating leads, building relationships with healthcare offices and decision-makers, and closing new business. This is a hands-on, field-based role ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, is energized by winning new business, and wants ownership of their own success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through a mix of cold calling, targeted email outreach, and in-person prospect visits.
  • Engage with potential clients to understand their challenges and present customized solutions that align with their needs.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all sales activities, including calls, emails, meetings, and follow-ups, within the company's CRM system.
  • Partner closely with the broader sales team to develop and execute strategic sales plans that drive revenue growth.
  • Monitor industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activity to inform sales strategy and positioning.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed established sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Prepare and submit weekly and monthly pipeline and performance reports to leadership.
  • Develop, test, and refine sales outreach templates, including call scripts and email messaging.

Requirements

  • Ability to read, speak, and hear English.
  • Exceptional attendance is a requirement in order to fulfill role expectations.
  • High speed internet access.
  • Quite dedicated workspace.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time throughout Ohio for prospect meetings, events and presentations.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Have 1-3 years of sales experience (healthcare, pharma, or service-based preferred).
  • Self-starter who thrives on autonomy and accountability.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage a pipeline and track performance.

  • $40-$50K Base Salary (DOE)

  • Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 5:30 PM CT schedule
