About the Role

Join CACI's cutting-edge Integrated Counter Unmanned Aerial System Vehicle (ICV) team in Belgrade, MT as a Test Engineer and be at the forefront of advanced defense technology! In this dynamic role, you will develop test procedures, lead and participate in critical tests, conduct data analysis, and ensure verification and validation activities are completed to support the development and refinement of state-of-the-art counter-UAS systems. You will work with advanced technology that directly impacts national security and contribute to shaping the future of defense systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and perform test procedures based on system requirements, including creating comprehensive test cases and executing functional and non-functional tests during Sprint execution.
  • Analyze requirements provided by systems engineers and interpret them for test development.
  • Participate in Agile developmental practices and work within Sprint cycles.
  • Support test automation efforts by writing unit tests and maintaining test automation frameworks.
  • Document test results, report defects, and maintain test artifacts in Agile product management tools.
  • Collaborate with the development team to shift testing left for early defect detection.
  • Assist with testing and validation processes and contribute to technical documentation.
  • Support data analysis and reporting activities related to testing.

Requirements

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • Bachelor of Science in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM).
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in testing or related fields.
  • Experience in writing test cases from requirements and working with verification and validation processes.
  • Experience developing test procedures.
  • Ability to read and interpret system requirements.
  • Experience with requirements analysis and test automation.
  • Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills.

Nice to Have

  • Master of Science in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM).
  • Experience working with systems-of-systems.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in STEM fields.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience.
