They support Veteran-Owned businesses by recruiting for positions across organizations such as the VA, SBA, HHS, DARPA, and other leading-edge R&D-focused defense agencies. The company is seeking a Test Engineer with TS/SCI clearance to support the Department of Navy in Annapolis Junction, MD, providing integrating, testing, evaluating, and transitioning enterprise IT systems.

Key Responsibilities

Create a test plan and test procedure to support system acceptance testing after completion of integration activities.
Conduct system acceptance testing in accordance with the approved test plan and test procedure.
Provide a test inspection report after completing system acceptance testing.
Participate in after-action reviews to address lessons learned and areas of opportunity.
Provide recommendations and inputs to final system design documents as appropriate.
Attend and support formal Technical Reviews, such as Test Readiness Reviews (TRR).

Requirements

TS/SCI level security clearance is required.
Minimum of 8 years of experience with a BS/BA degree, or 6 years with an MS/MA, or 3 years with a PhD.
Proven experience testing IT systems, including hardware, applications, and network components.
Must have a current DoD 8570.1-M IAT Level III certification.
ITIL Foundations certification is desired.
