About the Role

CACI is currently looking for an experienced Test Manager to join our team developing next generation signals intelligence (SIGINT) and electronic warfare systems for the Department of Defense. Key Responsibilities

  • Define and develop test standards for the testing of equipment or systems in accordance with company and contractual requirements.
  • Review and evaluate complex test specifications, test results, test trends and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Determine optimal approach to testing complex products or solutions to assure compliance with applicable specifications.
  • Identify and recommend product or solution characteristics that optimize their ability to be tested or to provide test data for diagnostic purposes.
  • Combine customer contractual needs and requirements into system test solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule and cost constraints.
  • Develop and direct preparation and execution of comprehensive test plans, procedures, and schedules for completing systems.
  • Coordinate integrated testing activities, review and evaluate test requirements to ensure completeness of test program.
  • Perform technical analysis of complete systems and prepare comprehensive system level evaluations.
  • Manage, mentor, and lead a team of test engineers and understand when to authorize latitude and independence in their assignments.
  • Lead Test and/or Software Engineers in development of Test Automation applications.

Requirements

  • Active TS/SCI security clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline (Engineering - Electrical, Mechanical, Aerospace, Software, Math, Physics) from an accredited University.
  • Minimum 7+ years of professional experience, ideally with DoD organization or Contractor.
  • At least 3 years of experience managing a team.
  • Experience leading team of test engineers executing development, integration, test, and evaluation activities for complex EW/SIGINT weapon systems.
  • Experience developing test plans and procedures for developmental complex EW/SIGINT weapon systems, including program Master Test Plan.
  • Experience leading Software or Systems Engineering teams across multiple products as part of EW / SIGINT development or sustainment.
  • Experience with Agile development and test processes, including incremental acceptance of integrated SW/HW system capabilities.
  • Experience with DevSecOps, Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD), and automated testing processes.

Nice to Have

  • Former SIGINT system operator (preferably US Navy surface).
  • Experience with shipboard system testing, including functional testing and system calibration.
  • Experience with complex weapon system test design.
  • Experience developing production/automated production test plans and procedures for complex EW/SIGINT weapon systems.
  • Experience with Functional Configuration Audits/Physical Configuration Audits (FCA/PCA).
  • Experience as a System/Subsystem/Team lead for an EW / SIGINT weapon system.
  • Familiarity with requirements tools, e.g., DOORS, MBSE tools, e.g., Cameo EA, Atlassian products, e.g., Jira and Confluence.
  • Experience in coordinating and conducting Information Assurance testing; application of RMF and STIGs for EW / SIGINT weapons systems.
  • Experience working in, managing, and/or reporting on an EVMS program.

  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline.
