Test Manager Senior

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Test Manager support for test planning, validation, and verification support services for PEO Digital Directorate activities in compliance with DoD, AF, HB, and AFLCMC test plans, instructions, policies, and procedures.
• Prepare test plans and procedures, including Test and Evaluation Master Plans.
• Prepare and review test analyses and reports, and support certification test activities including Joint Interoperability Test Center testing.
• Monitor test events, support training required to execute test activities, and support the execution of test cases, evaluations, and demonstrations.
• Review and analyze design documentation including engineering drawings and specifications.
• Review and analyze engineering performance and technical analysis reports, measures of effectiveness, measures of suitability, and trade-off studies.
• Support Functional Configuration Audits (FCAs) and Preliminary Configuration Audits (PCAs).
• Support the collection of test data during developmental and operational test events.
• Teach test engineering/management courses.

Requirements

• Master's or Doctorate Degree in a related field with ten (10) years of relevant experience, including five (5) years in the DoD, OR
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field with twelve (12) years of relevant experience, including five (5) years in the DoD, OR
• 15 years of directly related experience with eight (8) years in the DoD.
• Test Manager's Course certification or course completion is desired.
• Experience with Agile methods, including testing methods for CI/CD, DevSecOps, and DevOps.
• Understanding of DoD Test and Processes.
• Knowledge of cloud architectures and impacts to testing methods.
• Ability to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance; active Top Secret clearance or Top Secret eligibility preferred.
• Proof of U.S. Citizenship or US Permanent Residency and ability to complete a U.S. government background investigation.
• Must be able to travel, including air travel.

Nice to Have

• Master's or Doctorate Degree in a professional engineering discipline from an ABET-accredited educational program.
• Active Top Secret clearance or Active Secret with Top Secret eligibility.
