The role involves supporting retail presence through high-quality, timely point-of-sale assets, ensuring effective execution and tracking of POS materials, and serving as a key connector between brand, creative, and sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Track and maintain POS inventory weekly, ensuring >95% availability of evergreen items and timely reorders of low-stock or expiring materials.
  • Manage coupon programs by validating expiration dates, ensuring product availability, and coordinating production of new coupons as needed.
  • Work closely with fulfillment partners to oversee storage, shipping timelines, and real-time inventory updates.
  • Manage end-to-end execution of POS programs, including developing creative briefs, collecting sales team orders, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Deliver clear, complete, and brand-compliant briefs and artwork files on time and error-free.
  • Provide proactive shipping updates, including ship and delivery statuses.
  • Review trade-facing assets for typos, formatting errors, and brand compliance before final approval.
  • Ensure order forms are submitted accurately with all necessary contact details, addresses, and quantities.
  • Collaborate with brand, creative, procurement, and field teams to ensure alignment with business needs.
  • Help recap trade programs and identify areas for process improvement based on performance and feedback.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing, project coordination, logistics, or sales support.
  • High attention to detail and thoroughness in work.
  • Clear and concise communication skills, especially in writing briefs, notes, or email updates.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and projects simultaneously.
  • Experience working with vendors and tracking inventory or shipments.
  • Eager to learn and contribute in a collaborative team environment.
