About the Role

Become a catalyst for seamless integration as a Training Content Developer with a major airline partnering with Aquent. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the training experience for frontline and contact center teams, enabling them to excel in a dynamic and evolving environment. Your expertise in crafting engaging learning experiences will empower employees to navigate the complexities of a major airline merger, directly impacting customer satisfaction and operational success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop engaging and effective training content and solutions for diverse frontline and contact center teams.
  • Utilize established industry methodologies to write and revise content deliverables (e.g., online course materials, job aids, classroom materials), ensuring adherence to quality standards.
  • Contribute to the design process by providing recommendations on specifications, storyboards, and simulations.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and team members to facilitate reviews and ensure content accuracy and relevance.
  • Proactively monitor project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and communicate updates to management.
  • Respond to content update requests based on identified defects, product enhancements, and root cause analysis findings.
  • Champion continuous improvement by recommending enhancements to content development processes and standards.
  • Independently manage moderately complex projects, overseeing timelines, content development, scripts, video recording, and audio production.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience applying adult learning principles and developing eLearning content.
  • Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline 360, Vyond, or Canva.
  • Experience with image/graphic creation and manipulation.
  • Strong understanding of learning modalities and adult learning styles.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Impeccable organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to analyze the impact of development changes and adjust workload accordingly.
  • Talent for creating compelling visual designs for training materials.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Minimum age of 18.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Articulate Rise 360, Storyline, and AI.
  • Expertise in creating simulations, gamification design, and recording screencasts.
