UNITY ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Aggressively and persistently solicits assigned accounts using all available tools.
• Maintains outstanding data hygiene and ensures contact information on all assigned players is correct and up to date.
• Demonstrates exceptional guest service to both internal and external customers with every interaction.
• Ensures all policies and procedures are followed with all required paperwork completed and filed accurately.
• Inform players about events, shows, available rooms, and qualified opportunities to visit HWHR.
• Explain the benefits of using the Unity Rewards program and share the value of always using their card.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of telemarketing or contact marketing experience preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience in the Casino or Hotel business preferred.
• Experience in casino and/or hotel environment preferred.
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word preferred.
• Experience in gaming machines and/or table games preferred.
• Must have exceptional guest service skills.
• Ability to resolve stressful situations.
• Ability to make sound complimentary decisions based on tracked customer play.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
• Meticulous, organized, and accurate.
• Extreme confidentiality.
• Familiarity with a variety of computer systems and applications.
• Be flexible to work varying shifts and time schedules as needed.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to analyze and consider how solutions impact the entire operation.
• Physical ability to stand and sit for extended periods, walk distances, lift 30 to 40 lbs, and perform other physical tasks as required.

Qualifications

• Experience in casino and/or hotel environment preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word preferred.
