Key Responsibilities

  • Create tailored and actionable omnichannel customer engagement strategies.
  • Develop a comprehensive view of the customer journey, including stakeholder mapping and influence networks.
  • Engage in senior-level interactions and make key brand decisions.
  • Understand patient unmet needs regarding engagement.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align objectives with brand strategy.
  • Continuously optimize engagement approaches and identify new methods to improve customer education and experience.
  • Identify critical moments and barriers in the patient journey and develop content to overcome them.
  • Design a hyper-personalized, modular content plan with channel mix tailored for target audiences.
  • Establish objectives and metrics to measure customer value, tracking KPIs, performance analytics, and ROI by channel.
  • Contribute to the development of supporting materials for patient support services programs.
  • Coordinate strategy and content across all Patient Engagement Marketers for patient-facing websites.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in marketing, sales, or insights & analytics, preferably in cross-functional leadership roles.
  • Successful track record of strategic decision-making, innovation, and problem-solving in uncharted territory.
  • Experience working in large-scale, complex multidisciplinary teams and influencing without authority.
  • Demonstrated expertise in patient experience.
  • Digital-forward mindset.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, technology, or life sciences.
  • Ability to travel 25% within the US.

  • Experience in healthcare or pharma industries.
  • Advanced degrees or certifications related to marketing or healthcare.
