About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and expand the company's export operations.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to identify and penetrate new international markets.
• Establish and maintain relationships with foreign clients.
• Manage logistics and documentation for international shipments.
• Stay updated on trade regulations and compliance requirements.
• Negotiate contracts and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and efficient food exports.
• Generate sales and develop key international markets.
• Create and implement effective sales strategies to maximize global distribution.
• Manage key distributors, wholesalers, and accounts worldwide.
• Set objectives for the domestic market.
• Manage orders, contracts, and export documentation.

Requirements

• University degree in International Business or similar field.
• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Persuasive and good negotiation abilities.
• Knowledge of international trade compliance requirements.
• Ability to travel abroad as needed and represent the company at trade shows and meetings.
• Ability to multitask, work in a dynamic environment, and meet deadlines.

Nice to Have

• Experience in export processes and international trade.
• Knowledge of the food industry or foodservice distribution.
• Fluency in additional languages.
