We are seeking a bold, strategic, and visionary Vice President of Brand & Content to lead the transformation of our brand in the dynamic world of data and AI. This role involves shaping brand positioning, storytelling, thought leadership, and executive visibility to enhance growth, build client trust, and strengthen our reputation as a category-defining brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and elevate a bold, differentiated brand narrative that elevates our positioning at the intersection of domain, data and AI.
  • Lead global brand strategy and governance, ensuring consistency across regions, verticals, and digital platforms while enabling local and industry relevance.
  • Champion the evolution of our brand architecture and visual identity to reflect our data and AI focus and innovation-led culture.
  • Build high impact integrated corporate campaigns that elevate the EXL brand and can be extended across key geographies and vertical markets.
  • Own and shape the brand voice and style guide for all written and visual EXL branded content.
  • Oversee graphics team; responsible for delivering visually compelling brand marketing, web, video and sales materials.
  • Build and lead a differentiated content and editorial strategy that amplifies our perspective on AI, data-led transformation, customer experience, and industry innovation.
  • Shape and deliver thought leadership that influences enterprise buyers, CXOs, analysts, and media through whitepapers, PoVs, case stories, research, webinars, videos, podcasts, and other formats.
  • Drive innovation in storytelling formats and platforms, ensuring a balance of authority, accessibility, and commercial relevance.
  • Build and maintain standardized and compelling corporate presentations and other brand assets for use across channels.
  • Lead a team responsible for driving executive visibility for the CEO and senior leaders through keynotes, LinkedIn, op-eds, and media engagements.
  • Drive corporate press and analyst-facing positioning, messaging, and content to reinforce market leadership.
  • Lead team responsible for executing over 100 global events, including thought leadership events, tradeshows, sponsored hospitality, roundtables, and digital events.
  • Collaborate across various departments to deliver integrated campaigns aligned with strategic priorities.
  • Ensure brand and content consistency across all digital assets, optimizing user engagement through data-driven content performance.
  • Define and track content and brand performance KPIs, applying insights to improve storytelling and maximize impact.
  • Connect macro trends in AI, tech, and consulting to strategic brand direction.
  • Develop talent, inspire innovation, and foster a culture of curiosity and storytelling excellence.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of progressive experience in B2B marketing, including leadership of brand and content in a tech or consulting environment.
  • Deep familiarity with AI, data, analytics, and digital platforms.
  • Proven success in evolving or transforming a global brand and narrative in alignment with business growth and innovation shifts.
  • Track record of developing content strategies that influence senior stakeholders in enterprise buying cycles.
  • Strong editorial judgment, creative acumen, and storytelling capability across written, visual, and digital formats.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing ecosystems, content analytics, SEO, and audience segmentation.
  • Experience navigating high-growth, matrixed organizations; global mindset preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

Benefits & Perks

  • Total rewards offered including bonuses, Paid Time Off, and region-specific benefits.
  • Salary range from $190,000 to $250,000 depending on experience and location.
