About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a multi-year channel growth strategy that positions MITER Brands as the most valued window and door brand in America.
• Collaborate across the organization to amplify the features and benefits of the business and product portfolio, maximize profitable market share, increase awareness and preference, drive growth, and enhance the customer experience.
• Deeply understand all channel groups and relevant competitors to develop unique and effective product positioning statements.
• Translate product roadmap and launch plans into purposeful campaigns and communications, ensuring channel marketing and tools are developed in coordination with the rollout timeline.
• Create sales playbooks, portals, merchandising guides, and other channel-enablement tools that highlight and leverage the value-added benefits of MITER Brands.
• Lead integrated marketing campaigns that amplify the product portfolio and drive awareness, preference, and loyalty.
• Build and lead a high-performing team of marketers focused on delivering category-leading content and customer experiences.
• Design strategic programs that deliver value to channel partners and unlock incremental revenue.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in channel, product, and brand marketing—ideally in a multi-brand, B2B2C environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
• 5+ years managing a national or global brand.
• Proven track record of developing and executing marketing strategies that deliver results.
• Strong leadership skills with a passion for mentoring and team development.
• Strategic agility, creative problem-solving, and a data-driven mindset.
• Ability to work hard and play hard with a commitment to mutual success.

Nice to Have

• Experience in a multi-brand, B2B2C environment.
• Advanced degree in related fields.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in channel, product, and brand marketing.
• 5+ years managing a national or global brand.
