Vice President - Event Marketing

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic guidance on the events pipeline for the Americas Client Business team, including experience design, proposing new activation concepts, and content amplification opportunities.
• Lead and project manage approximately 10+ mid/high complexity events each year, overseeing content development, creative development, experiential activations, amplification strategies, project plans, and budgets.
• Partner with business stakeholders to develop Event Briefs based on key business and commercial priorities, serving as the foundation for content and experience development.
• Have a holistic understanding of the broader Global Events Calendar and identify opportunities for synergy, cross-collaboration, and content syndication within the business function.

Requirements

• 8+ years of related experience in Event Marketing, Brand, or Experiential Activations.
• Experience leading and influencing at all cross-functional levels of an organization.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with refined executive presence.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including OneDrive, and event technology platforms such as Cvent.
• Willingness to travel approximately 20% for in-person activations.
• High energy, problem solver, self-starter, results-oriented, and proactive individual.
• Ability to strategically balance innovative thinking with tactical execution.
• Comfortable working in a multi-stakeholder environment across various time zones.
