Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional and tailored financial advisor experiences for the Field segment through digital and traditional marketing tactics to drive engagement, growth, and retention.
  • Partner with U.S. Global Wealth Management business leaders and sales partners to identify and align on commercial objectives, facilitating cross-functional collaboration.
  • Lead small agile teams across Business Sponsors, Analytics, Copywriters, Design, Digital Marketing, Product and firm-specific Marketing, and Data Analysts to develop and execute segment-specific integrated marketing sprints and campaigns.
  • Analyze client experience and campaign performance, track key metrics, and measure digital engagement behaviors to identify valuable marketing tactics and improve journey experiences.
  • Continuously optimize the advisor experience using quantitative insights and qualitative feedback.
  • Implement agile processes and foster a culture of agility and best practices adoption.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree.
  • 5-10 years of B2B marketing experience within financial services, with a proven track record in developing and executing marketing strategies for financial advisors.
  • Proactive, strategic, and results-driven with the ability to manage multiple complex initiatives and deliverables.
  • Strong understanding of the advisor segment and client journeys to create impactful client experiences.
  • Excellent project management and prioritization skills, with experience leading strategic and tactical marketing initiatives.
  • Experience managing multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced, matrixed organization, motivating teams and collaborating effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for sophisticated audiences.
  • Solid knowledge of investment products and services, including fixed income, with the ability to translate complex concepts into client-friendly content.
  • Interest or experience in data, analytics, sales enablement, marketing automation, ABM, and segment marketing.
  • High ethical standards, integrity, and a strong ownership mindset.

  • Experience or affinity for data, analytics, sales enablement, marketing automation, ABM, and segment marketing.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree.

Benefits & Perks

  • Total compensation approach including a base salary and discretionary bonus.
  • Base salary range: $150,000 - $225,000.
