About the Role

The Vice President Marketing - Specialty Rental (NTE) at Atlas Copco Rental LLC is responsible for driving key marketing strategies to support the successful expansion of NTE. The role involves developing and leading the overall marketing strategy, exploring new business models, collaborating with divisional teams, and enhancing brand awareness. The position is based in Pasadena, TX, and offers opportunities for geographic expansion, digital marketing, product management, and leadership within a global organization committed to sustainable innovations and inclusive culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead the overall NTE marketing strategy to reach its full potential in flow and water treatment.
  • Initiate rental ladder initiatives to professionalize the sales process and guide customers to higher value offers.
  • Explore and implement new business models such as Agility and Performance Rentals to retain customers and increase customer base.
  • Collaborate with Atlas Copco Brand to realize post-acquisition synergies and drive cross-selling initiatives.
  • Support geographic expansion opportunities, especially in underdeveloped areas in the US.
  • Conduct market research to identify market opportunities, customer requirements, and competitor benchmarking.
  • Initiate marketing campaigns across various channels, track performance, and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Lead the sales efficiency process through territory management and support the PGA process.
  • Optimize digital platforms to capture online demand and establish additional revenue streams.
  • Create and manage sales efficiency tools like R-PSM, CPQ, Showpad, SharePoint, etc.
  • Define product specifications, develop go-to-market strategies, and maintain product documentation.
  • Continuously enhance NTE brand awareness and market positioning.
  • Develop systematic price management processes and implement pricing strategies.
  • Participate actively in the regional management team to drive sustainable profitable growth.
  • Explore new ideas, business concepts, and technologies to increase relevance and customer engagement.
  • Inspire and align employees, foster a growth mindset, and promote innovation across teams.
