Key Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies that align with organizational goals and mission.
Enhance brand awareness, member engagement, and drive growth through diverse marketing channels.
Develop enterprise brand equity, membership expansion, and innovative product growth strategies in line with strategic objectives.
Regularly analyze marketing campaign performance using key performance indicators like ROI, conversion rates, and engagement metrics.
Direct the organization's website and social media strategy to foster a vibrant online presence that promotes brand building and member engagement.
Understand customer journey maps and leverage project management expertise to formulate a cohesive business intelligence strategy that enables data-driven decisions.

Requirements

A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
At least 10 years of experience in marketing or related roles.
Proven track record in developing and implementing strategic marketing plans that demonstrate growth.
Hands-on experience with branding, project management, product development, digital and traditional marketing, printing, and production.
Experience as a division leader with responsibility for planning, personnel management, budget development, and bottom-line performance.
Ability to build innovative strategies and execute tactical decisions promptly.
Ability to operate effectively in environments with multiple and shifting priorities, high urgency, and tight deadlines.
Strong communication skills and the ability to inspire and build effective teams.
Punctuality and regular onsite attendance.

Nice to Have

Experience in financial services or credit union marketing is preferred.
Knowledge of customer journey mapping and business intelligence strategies.
