Vice President of Marketing in Oregon and Washington

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Assist site Senior Vice President in achieving and maintaining the targeted conversion rate.
• Oversee all marketing teams within the Pacific Northwest (Oregon and Washington Region).
• Ensure the highest level of customer service to current and prospective owners to maintain a positive brand image and company reputation.
• Identify areas of process improvement and leverage best practices by working with appropriate corporate resources.
• Set vision and expectations to ensure team understanding and alignment.
• Provide leadership, training, and guidance to marketing Directors & Managers.
• Recruit and train individuals with the skills and personality for successful marketing management.
• Develop others through regular feedback, coaching, and counseling.
• Monitor the marketing process to ensure bookings are achieved with integrity.
• Administer company policies and processes fairly and consistently.

Requirements

• Proven timeshare marketing leadership skills.
• Mastery of all programs sold and serviced by Wyndham Destinations.
• Proven leadership skills and the ability to motivate others.
• Excellent interpersonal skills when interacting with clients, senior leaders, and sales personnel.
• Wyndham Community Marketing and In-House Marketing leadership experience preferred.
