About the Role

As a CPS Solutions, LLC Vice President, Sales, you will manage business development activities for CPS Pharmacy Services for the Central or Southwest region of the U.S. This role involves prospecting for new business, developing strategic relationships with hospital pharmacy leaders and C-suite executives, collaborating on needs assessments, building proposals, and driving contract growth. The position reports to the Senior Vice President, Sales, and offers a full-time, exempt schedule with travel requirements up to 50%. The role is home-based within the specified regions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect for new business with hospitals at the head of Pharmacy and C-suite leader level
  • Develop new, strategic relationships with the head of Pharmacy and C-suite leaders
  • Collaborate with key operations peers on prospect assessments and needs analysis
  • Build and present value-added proposals and presentations to the head of Pharmacy and C-suite level
  • Drive new contract growth for the assigned areas of responsibility

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Three or more years of related high-level sales experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Must reside in the Central or Southwest region of the U.S. and be near a major airport
  • Ability to travel by air approximately 50% of the time
  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal and client-level personnel
  • Adept at using computer technology tools, including MS Office suite, to communicate and develop presentations

Qualifications

  • Ability to meet company standards for a Motor Vehicle Report
  • Effective communication skills
  • Proficiency with computer technology tools and presentation development
