Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a highly strategic, execution-focused, and data-driven Vice President of Growth to lead our global digital marketing efforts to acquire and convert high-value B2B customers. The VP of Growth will be responsible for building and executing a comprehensive, integrated growth strategy spanning Paid Search, SEO, Website Strategy, Conversion Rate Optimization, Account-Based Marketing, and Marketing Operations. This role requires a proven leader with both strategic acumen and operational excellence, with deep expertise in digital acquisition channels, a strong understanding of B2B buyer journeys, and experience operationalizing complex GTM strategies in partnership with Sales, RevOps, and Product Marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and drive the overarching demand capture strategy across paid search, paid social, SEO, and ABM to deliver pipeline and revenue at scale.
  • Set the vision for full-funnel growth, balancing brand reach, lead quality, and sales velocity to maximize ROI.
  • Partner with Sales and Revenue Ops to develop high-impact ABM programs targeting key segments and high-value accounts with intent-based, personalized campaigns.
  • Oversee the development and execution of integrated campaigns across inbound and outbound channels, ensuring alignment with business goals and GTM initiatives.
  • Guide investment strategy and optimization frameworks across performance channels, using data to inform planning, channel mix, and campaign prioritization.
  • Own the corporate website as a critical revenue engine—ensuring it effectively supports the buyer journey from awareness through conversion.
  • Define and execute a long-term vision for web strategy, UX, and content architecture, optimizing for engagement, segmentation, and lead capture.
  • Build and scale a high-velocity CRO program, leveraging experimentation, behavioral analytics, and personalization to improve site performance.
  • Lead the marketing operations function, ensuring seamless execution, data integrity, and clear attribution from lead to revenue.
  • Own the marketing technology stack (e.g., Salesforce, 6sense, Snowplow, Pardot), ensuring tools are fully leveraged and integrated to support campaign performance and reporting.
  • Define KPIs and performance frameworks that drive accountability and clarity across the funnel; provide executive visibility into marketing’s contribution to pipeline and revenue.
  • Act as a strategic partner to Sales, Product, and Finance—providing insights that shape forecasting, investment decisions, and growth planning.
  • Build and scale a high-performing team across performance, SEO, web, ABM, and marketing ops; fostering a culture of experimentation, agility, curiosity, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 15+ years in marketing with deep expertise in digital growth.
  • 7+ years building and leading high-performing teams at the senior or executive level.
  • Experience setting and executing a full-funnel vision, balancing brand reach, lead quality, and velocity to maximize ROI.
  • Proven ability to act as a strategic partner to Sales, Product, RevOps, and Finance, aligning marketing with GTM priorities.
  • Experience transforming websites into revenue engines—owning web strategy, UX, and CRO programs.
  • Experience building centers of excellence around experimentation and analytics to drive performance improvements.
  • Leadership in global marketing operations, ensuring a unified stack (Salesforce, Pardot, 6sense, Snowplow) delivers clean data and scalable execution.
  • Ability to deliver executive dashboards and insights for investment and growth decisions.
  • Proven ability to build and scale high-performing teams across demand generation, SEO, web, ABM, and operations.
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to build trust across Sales, Finance, Product, and G&A organizations.
  • Operate with urgency and flexibility, applying structured thinking to ambiguous situations in high-growth environments.
  • Embodies company values—Curiosity, Integrity, Kindness, Humility, Builders—and fosters an environment where these thrive.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working in high-growth, enterprise B2B SaaS environments.
