About the Role

As VP of Growth Marketing, you'll architect and lead the cross-functional growth engine that powers acquisition, conversion, pipeline, and expansion. You'll be responsible for creating a seamless, data-informed growth system across digital channels, in-product journeys, lifecycle marketing, and SDR performance. You'll be accountable for tying marketing activity directly to business outcomes and building the infrastructure for sustainable, scalable revenue growth. You will collaborate with and support functional leaders to ensure alignment between campaign execution and top-line growth goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own growth marketing strategy across channels to support self-serve and enterprise pipelines
  • Define and evolve the company's growth model - including marketing-sourced, sales-assisted and product-led motions
  • Establish scalable systems and processes that align people, tools, and data around growth priorities
  • Drive pipeline generation through full-funnel programs with clear targets for leads, MQLs, SQLs and pipeline contribution
  • Build and lead a cross-functional team covering: paid acquisition (search, social, ABM, display), conversion rate optimization (CRO), lifecycle marketing (onboarding, nurture, expansion for self-serve motions), growth analytics and experimentation
  • Manage and align both internal and external SDR teams, ensuring quality, conversion, and strong feedback loops between marketing and sales
  • Collaborate with Brand Marketing on shared priorities like SEO strategy and execution, website performance, creative campaign execution, and content programs that support demand generation
  • Partner with Product to influence in-product engagement strategies (onboarding flows, in-app messaging, upsell paths) for self-serve motions
  • Own growth KPIs (e.g., CAC, CAC payback, LTV, conversion rates) and build dashboards for visibility and alignment
  • Collaborate with Sales and RevOps to align lead qualification, scoring, and handoff
  • Champion a culture of continuous experimentation and data-informed decisions

Requirements

  • 10+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, with 5+ years leading growth or demand gen functions
  • Proven success in scaling a SaaS business to or beyond $100M ARR
  • Experience leading product-led growth (PLG) or hybrid GTM motions
  • Deep expertise in performance marketing, CRO, web strategy, and lifecycle marketing
  • Strong data fluency—comfortable using tools like 6sense, HubSpot and Salesforce
  • Demonstrated success building and managing high-performing teams
  • A systems thinker with a bias for action, rapid iteration, and ruthless prioritization
  • Collaborative leader who can align cross-functional teams around growth priorities

Nice to Have

  • Experience marketing to operations, workforce, or enterprise tech buyers
  • Ground in contact center or workforce management solutions
  • Familiarity with PLG stacks and product analytics tools
