About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Provides direct coaching, feedback, and development to direct reports on all Talent & Culture-related issues.
• Promotes partnerships with the business, with a special focus on corporate and sales teams, to deliver value-added services that reflect the business objectives of the company.
• Acts as an employee champion and change agent by ensuring successful implementation and adoption of programs and initiatives.
• Communicates and drives T&C strategy within client groups.
• Handles escalated employee relations issues including conducting investigations, documenting pertinent information, and recommending appropriate action.
• Partners with internal T&C client groups such as Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Communications, Safety, Talent, Culture Legal, etc., and performs or assists with related administrative efforts.
• Provides performance management guidance to line management including coaching, counseling, career development, and corrective action.
• Assesses team dynamics to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
• Collaborates with Talent Acquisition on recruitment for all open positions within the assigned business region.
• Identifies training and individual coaching needs for client groups and works with Talent & Culture Learning & Culture team to develop solutions including measures of success.
• Consults with Talent & Culture Learning & Culture on organizational restructures, workforce planning, and succession planning.
• Leads and/or participates in internal T&C project teams for process improvement, new program design and implementation, or policy updates.
• Hires, trains, supervises, and establishes schedules, work assignments, project plans, career development, performance goals, and evaluations, alongside resolving disciplinary concerns and/or termination of personnel.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related field or equivalent experience.
• Five (5) years of human resources Business Partnership leadership and change management experience.
• Five (5) years of supervisory experience.

Nice to Have

• Human Resources certification preferred (e.g. SPHR or similar, PROSCI Change Practitioner).
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• SAP HR system experience.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
