Key Responsibilities

  • Full ownership of all marketing activities, including driving lead generation and building the sales pipeline.
  • Coordinate and deliver events in partnership with internal teams and external stakeholders, maximizing impact.
  • Create and update marketing collaterals and assets to support every stage from prospect to client launch.
  • Own go-to-market strategies and messaging to boost product adoption and business growth.
  • Shape and evolve the brand identity and positioning to stand out in the market.
  • Lead performance-driven paid campaigns across key channels.
  • Establish and measure efforts against pipeline-related KPIs.
  • Lead and coach the marketing team, focusing on both immediate and long-term growth through strategic recruitment.
  • Work closely with the Sales team to align marketing initiatives with their goals and refine campaigns based on market insights.
  • Collaborate with external contractors such as video agencies, freelance writers, and designers to develop marketing materials.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of hands-on marketing experience in non-management roles within the US healthcare sector, with operational and strategic responsibilities.
  • A minimum of 3 years in a full-time marketing leadership role in the US healthcare industry.
  • A data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and refine strategies.
  • An execution-obsessed approach, involved at every level of marketing from strategy to implementation.
  • A self-starter mentality with strong initiative and ability to thrive in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments.
  • Proven success in driving business growth through strategic and operational marketing efforts, including lead-generation targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build credibility and relationships internally and externally.
  • A collaborative spirit capable of working effectively across Sales, Product, and external partners.
  • A strong track record as an inspiring and effective leader, coach, and team builder.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with or within healthcare startups or scaleups with less than 75 employees.
  • Experience in developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Familiarity with healthcare industry regulations and compliance.

Qualifications

  • Experience in the US healthcare sector with operational and strategic marketing responsibilities.
  • Leadership experience in marketing roles within healthcare or related industries.
