Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, own, and execute the company's overall marketing strategy, aligning it with business objectives to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
  • Build a repeatable revenue stream aligned with growth targets.
  • Partner with Product and Sales teams to develop compelling product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies for a complex technical solution for multiple verticals and buyer personas.
  • Guide the strategy for a predictable sales pipeline across all channels.
  • Assess and enhance the marketing tech stack to ensure optimal tools are used.
  • Lead, mentor, and scale the marketing team, providing clear direction and fostering professional growth.
  • Engage directly with customers to understand their use of our technology and translate insights into compelling stories, case studies, and content.
  • Steer the brand voice and content strategy, creating high-impact content such as white papers, case studies, blogs, and webinars.
  • Own the marketing technology stack and establish a framework for tracking, analyzing, and reporting on KPIs.
  • Develop and manage the annual marketing budget, ensuring effective resource allocation.

Requirements

  • A decade of progressive experience in B2B marketing for an enterprise IoT or SaaS company.
  • Experience in a high-growth environment that has successfully scaled, ideally contributing to growth from ~$25M to $100M+.
  • Proven expertise in product marketing and content strategy, with a track record of creating messaging that drives results.
  • A clear track record of developing and executing marketing strategies that result in significant pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Experience marketing to healthcare, supply chain/logistics, or manufacturing verticals.
  • 5+ years of progressive leadership experience with the ability to attract, hire, and develop high-performing marketing teams.
  • Deep, hands-on expertise in modern demand generation, including ABM strategies (e.g., 6sense), marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot), and CRM systems.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.

  • Experience with marketing automation tools like HubSpot.
  • Experience with ABM strategies such as 6sense.
  • Experience contributing to growth from ~$25M to $100M+ in revenue.
