About the Role

The Vice President/Senior Director of Product Marketing (SaaS) at TOOTRiS is a strategic, results-oriented leader responsible for leading go-to-market efforts for SaaS solutions that support child care as a business issue. The role involves defining positioning and messaging, owning product launches, enabling sales teams, and driving adoption and growth across key market segments. The position acts as a critical bridge between Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to shape market perception, influence product roadmap decisions, and deliver compelling campaigns that generate pipeline and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop clear, differentiated messaging and positioning that resonates with target personas and aligns with customer pain points and business value.
  • Plan and execute successful product and feature launches in collaboration with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.
  • Create sales tools, competitive battlecards, pitch decks, and training to enable the sales team to convert leads and close deals.
  • Conduct customer research, win/loss analysis, and competitive intelligence to inform strategy and improve positioning.
  • Collaborate with content and demand generation teams to create high-impact assets such as white papers, case studies, web content, and webinars.
  • Partner closely with Product Management, Demand Generation, and Customer Success to align messaging and ensure cohesive customer experiences.
  • Track key product marketing KPIs such as pipeline influence, campaign performance, feature adoption, and churn impact.

Requirements

  • 5-8+ years of experience in B2B product marketing, with at least 3 years in SaaS or cloud-based solutions.
  • Proven success developing and executing go-to-market strategies for enterprise or mid-market software products.
  • Strong understanding of the SaaS customer journey, personas, and competitive dynamics.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical features into clear business value.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions and measure outcomes.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot/Marketo, and product analytics platforms is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (MBA is a plus).

Nice to Have

  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environment.
  • Background in vertical or persona-based marketing (e.g., marketing to developers, IT, or operations leaders).
  • Familiarity with PLG (product-led growth) models and customer lifecycle marketing.
