Web Data Analyst

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and provide recommendations to increase qualified traffic and improve leads.
• Maintain multi-touch attribution and lead scoring initiatives.
• Ensure organization is updated on tool updates and new strategies to adjust plans and website designs accordingly.
• Perform analytics using internal and third-party data sets.
• Set up and maintain Google Data Studio dashboards including Google Analytics.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics setup: tracking code implementation, goal and funnel configuration, and data filtering.
• Create custom dimensions, metrics, and event tracking in Google Analytics.
• Create and customize dashboards and reports in Google Analytics.
• Experience with Google Tag Manager for tag implementation and management.
• Familiarity with Google Search Console and Google Data Studio for website performance analysis.
• Assist in designing, launching, and maintaining marketing analytics dashboards with clear reporting.
• Translate data into decisions, meaningful interactions, and impactful business outcomes.
• Assist in completing digital customer journey mapping.
• Develop and manage customer surveys.
• Identify new capabilities to improve the customer experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and three or more years of related work experience in an analytics-driven field.
• Experience developing content on platforms such as Google Analytics, Site Improve, Drupal, Power Pivot, Tableau, or Qlik.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to articulate recommendations clearly and concisely.
• Ability to convey insights and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and strategies.
• Ability to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Google Analytics (preferred).
• Experience with Site Improve, Drupal, Power Pivot, Tableau, or Qlik.
