About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Write HTML, CSS3, SCSS, PHP, Javascript, and Jquery for custom functionality.
• Build reusable components and templates.
• Perform QA in cross browser and devices.
• Conduct A/B testing using tools like Google Optimize.
• Help manage production launches and solve production issues.
• Ensure proper configuration of all site tags such as GTM & Google Analytics.
• Implement third-party tools such as chatbots, code minification, etc.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders across the organization including demand generation, marketing operations, content, and design.
• Deliver impactful web development solutions to scale.
• Develop repository for custom code and components.
• Adhere to Agile development methodology including stand-ups, scope, estimate time for tasks, planning, sprints, and retrospectives.
• Partner with third-party web consultants on development projects and make recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

• 3+ years of web development experience.
• Experience building websites including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, JQuery, and PHP.
• Experience with CMS content system built in Contentful.
• Proficiency in HTTP, REST APIs, and Custom Fields.
• Knowledge of creating and managing themes and optimal plugins.
• Experience with modern web stack and executing the full life-cycle development process - from architecture and development to debugging and maintenance.
• Solid understanding of hosting, DNS, and caching.
• Ability to manage multiple web projects and implementation needs across cross-functional development teams.
• Experience with web analytics tools and other marketing tech for integrations into site experience.
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Data-driven with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Extensive troubleshooting skills.
• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with users journey across the entire digital landscape and path leading to conversion funnel.
• B2B SaaS Marketing experience.
