Website Content Specialist

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage day-to-day website content updates, including location-specific details, branding updates, service pages, and blog posts.
• Serve as the primary liaison with the creative agency to brief in new assets, banners, or other visual content needed for the website.
• Conduct regular quality assurance (QA) checks across the website to ensure a consistent user experience, accurate content, and proper functionality across devices and browsers.
• Partner with marketing channel owners to ensure proper UTM tagging and tracking for all campaign-related links and landing pages.
• Collaborate with SEO, paid media, and email teams to ensure landing pages are optimized for both performance and user intent.
• Help maintain and document the website content calendar in alignment with broader marketing campaigns.
• Support the implementation of web analytics tools, assist in reporting as needed, and help identify areas for improvement based on performance insights.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in website content management, digital marketing, or a related field.
• Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Sitecore, Drupal).
• Basic understanding of UTM tracking, Google Analytics, and digital campaign performance metrics.
• Ability to work closely with a collaborative team environment.
• Access to client or customer systems and handling confidential/proprietary information.

Nice to Have

• Experience with specific CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Sitecore, Drupal).
• Knowledge of web analytics tools and digital campaign metrics.

Qualifications

• Experience in website content management or digital marketing.
