Website Experience Manager- Parts and Service

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead execution of the digital customer experience strategy for Parts & Service websites.
• Ensure alignment with GM brand goals across digital channels (GM Genuine Parts, ACDelco, Certified Service).
• Oversee external agency teams and cross-functional partners to manage day-to-day project timelines and deliverables.
• Collaborate with UX, creative, and analytics teams to optimize user journeys and conversions.
• Advocate for the user by applying best practices in UX, A/B testing, and customer insight.
• Conduct usability testing, site audits, and benchmarking to improve site performance and SEO.
• Manage content strategy, development, and optimization across key site areas.
• Work with finance on budgeting, forecasting, and purchase order development.
• Review analytics reports and translate findings into actionable site improvements.
• Coordinate with GM IT and vendors to ensure alignment on tools, site functionality, and integrations.
• Stay current on digital trends, tools, and SEO/schema best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related field preferred.
• Equivalent work experience accepted.
• 7-12 years managing high-traffic consumer websites.
• Strong background in digital marketing, UX/UI, and SEO.
• Experience working with creative and IT teams.
• Project management and leadership skills.
• Website content and CMS management experience.
• Wireframe and DEV site review skills.
• Usability testing and A/B testing experience.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Data analysis and performance optimization abilities.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
